The PEP Foundation is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the management and growth of our education programmes. This is a senior role requiring both strategic and hands-on leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic direction and oversee programme implementation.

Manage and improve programme systems, ensuring smooth daily, monthly, and termly cycles.

Analyse programme data, maintain reporting platforms, and respond to field insights.

Build strong relationships within programme communities and resolve queries quickly. This person is the beating heart of each of the programmes and leads building culture.

Convene and lead weekly planning meetings with clear tracking and reporting.

Write compelling reports for donors, partners, and school-based teams.
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

Degree in a related field, such as in the education sector. A Project Management qualification is an advantage.

Has at least five years of experience in leading complex programmes in the public schooling sector, and is familiar with the debates, complexities and social dynamics in the sector.

Proven experience in building relationships in the no-fee public school sector.

Proven experience in managing data systems. (Requires advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets).
