Description

Purpose: 

To effectively manage and increase the product portfolio for the business’s cellular and technology products.

Manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure sustained product and portfolio growth in alignment to the department strategy.  As a portfolio and product owner, all Cellular projects will be successfully

implemented within scope, time, and cost parameters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

● Manage Multiple Product lines across different Product categories within the scope of the portfolio

● Negotiate, liaise and build constructive relationships/contracts with service providers/suppliers

● Identify and introduce new or variation of current concepts to the business

● Compile detailed business cases for current and potential initiatives

● Guide and give inputs to the marketing plan of a product/portfolio

● Develop and communicate product processes and procedures to all field personnel

● Provide strategic inputs to assist with the department’s strategy and growth plans

● Manage ad hoc projects

Requirements

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS: 

● Grade 12 with commercial tertiary qualifications

● 3-5 years of related work experience

● Computer Literate (MS Office, Ms Excel). Google Sheets will be advantageous.

● Excellent negotiation skills

● Project management skills

● Administration Skills

● Willing to travel when required

● Flexibility on Working outside of traditional working hours
