PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To implement the PEP People Support strategy in the defined region, through the effective management of the people support function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Recruitment and Selection 

●       Industrial Relations

●       Personnel Administration

●       Maintain Sikhula KunYe culture

●       Personnel policies and procedures

●       Succession Planning

●       Training and Development

●       Operational support to line management

Requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED

●       Sound interpersonal skills - building and maintaining culture.

●       Logical reasoning, negotiation, and ability to influence.

●       Service orientation; Coaching; Learning orientation. Planning and Organising

●       Control and change problem assessment; Decision making; Business acumen; 

●       Analytical ability and proactive problem-solving. Openness and passion

●       Team player with the ability to operate independently.

●       Ability to work under pressure and to operate in set routines according to a specific work method. 

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

●       Grade 12 with a 3 Year degree in the HR Discipline

●       Ideally 3-5 years of experience within a generalist HR Role would be an advantage

●       Computer Literate (G. Suite) 

●       Valid Code 8 manual drivers license and willing to undertake extensive traveling
